We took mum in as it’s been her dream for many years and was blown away with the time and care Aaron took to make sure she understood how her new detector. My partner and I did the course to make sure we were giving mum the best possible chance of finding gold but in the process we have got gold fever hahaCould not recommend Reeds more… thanks again to the entire team.

After going through the delivery address 3 times they sent the package to wrong address , trouble with that I was 800 klm away

These guys are bloody fantastic I’ve done “cracking the prospecting code” course and their Gpz 7000 course and both taught me sooo much!These guys don’t hesitate to help where they can! I’ve bought my detectors, dry blowers & sluices from these guys and have never had an issue!Aaron is just so knowledgeable and makes doesn’t rest until you understand what he’s trying to teach you!

Person I dealt with had very limited idea about headphones or the difference between them. He was visibly irritated by my questions. He was in the middle of something when I came and was showing signs of annoyance after I bought a pair of phones and was still there a minute later having more questions about 6000. Entire transaction took like 3 minutes and there was no one else in the store.I am used to good customer service from Coiltek or Minelab. They have time to answer your questions and make you feel comfortable. This wasn't it.I wish people from REEDS would get a clue about customer service and how to be nice to people before thinking of running the business...I don't need your rogue attitude or whatever it is that bothers you.I bought most of my gear from Coiltek in Maryborough.Looks like I will continue doing so.Great customer service is worth the price of postage...

I Recently did a one on one course with Aaron at his shop. I found Aaron and his staff to be very professional and courteous .Aaron is a wealth of information and I came away with a lot of very helpful information and cannot wait to get back out in the bushHis Shop is set up very well with everything you could possibly want for prospecting , I highly recommend anybody looking at getting into prospecting or anyone already prospecting to call-in and check out the shop and say g’day to the guys

While in Perth for work I ran a search for metal detector supplies. A couple of places came up but I went with here due to the other reviews on Google. I was not disappointed and Arron was very helpful and friendly. The shop itself is nicely laid out with equipment and maps. I wanted to get a sand sieve and as I was travelling I needed to break it down to fit in my suitcase. I asked if I could just buy the sieve and not the handle that comes as part of the kit and Arron was kind enough to give me a price for just that even though he was going to be left with a random handle. In the end I took the whole unit handle and all. The prices are fair for Australia as far as I can see. The shop itself is located in a shopping area outside the city of Perth which is good as one would not be prospecting in the city.Anyway, thumbs up to this place and only two points more to mention; firstly Arron, despite being a good looking man is not better looking than Ronaldo. Secondly, while possessing reasonable football skills he will not be replacing Ronaldo either. Nice to meet the staff in the shop and hopefully will get to meet you again.
